Terms and Conditions
The award is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Recipients must enrol at Alta Global School for the specified entry grade in the academic year indicated.
- Recipients must abide by all school rules, code of conduct, and scholarship-specific obligations.
- Recipients must maintain a minimum academic standard (Min. 90 GPA Per Semester) and satisfactory conduct to continue receiving the scholarship.
- The scholarship may be suspended or terminated if the recipient:
- Fails to enrol or withdraws mid-year without valid reason
- Has serious disciplinary violation
- Fails to meet academic or involvement criteria as stated
- For multi-year scholarships: Renewal is subject to annual review. Failure to meet review criteria may result in partial or full withdrawal of benefit.
- The school reserves the right to adjust the number of awards or percentage of funding depending on applicant quality.
- By accepting the award, the recipient (and parent/guardian) commits to supporting the mission of the programme, participating in any scholarship-recipient events/mentoring, and serving as ambassador of the programme.
- The scholarship recipient may be asked to participate in promotional activities (interviews, school events, social media) by Alta Global School.
- In the event of misrepresentation of information in application (false certificate, claims), the offer may be rescinded at any time.
- The scholarship does not guarantee beyond the coverage stated (e.g., does not cover external costs, living expenses unless specified).
- Payment of the scholarship benefit is handled by the school (or relevant fund) and disbursed according to school policy.
- The school’s decision is final; no appeals will be entertained beyond the timeframe indicated.
- The recipient must commit to stay enrolled until the end of the scholarship period (unless valid reason for leaving) or reimburse part of benefit (if such clause is included). The school may periodically review and update the Scholarship Programme policy; applicants agree to the current version as published on the scholarship webpage.
Additional T&C by Track:
- For all scholarships: Recipients must participate in designated school teams/activities and represent the school in competitions.
- For talent & arts: Recipients must engage in certain school arts programmes or show progress, attend mentor sessions.
- For leadership & service: Recipients may be required to mentor peers or lead a community project under school guidance.
- For need-based access: Recipient might provide proof of household income/financial status, and commit to participate in outreach/mentoring.
